Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Blog Automator application ("the App") provided by Valore Fractional Brand Managers ("Valore", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

AI Blog Automator is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to help businesses generate, review, and publish blog content. The App connects to your website platform account to publish posts on your instruction. All content generated is reviewed by you before publishing — we do not publish anything automatically without your approval.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the App to:

  • Generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
  • Produce spam, bulk unsolicited content, or content designed to manipulate search engines through deceptive means
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App without written permission
  • Use the App to generate content that promotes hate, discrimination, or illegal activity

5. AI-Generated Content

 

Important: Content generated by the App is produced by an artificial intelligence model. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing. You must verify that any claims, facts, statistics, or advice in AI-generated posts are accurate and appropriate for your audience before they go live.

 

Valore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. By publishing content generated through the App, you accept full responsibility for that content.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain full ownership of all content you create, publish, or input into the App — including your brand story, business information, and any posts generated on your behalf.

By using the App, you grant Valore a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

7. Third-Party Connections

The App integrates with third-party platforms including your website publishing platform and the Anthropic Claude AI API. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of any third-party service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate permissions and authorisations to connect your accounts to the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, interfaces, and branding, is the intellectual property of Valore Fractional Brand Managers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs
  • The App will meet all of your business requirements
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected within a specific timeframe

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valore Fractional Brand Managers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, damage to reputation, or costs of substitute services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valore Fractional Brand Managers, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or content you publish using the App.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@valore.agency and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Valore Fractional Brand Managers regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
