Owner and Founder
Valore was founded by Derek Burbidge after more than a decade working closely with business owners and leadership teams.
Alongside this work, Derek built his own niche clothing business from the ground up, growing it to six figure revenue through clear positioning, disciplined brand decisions, and long term thinking rather than reliance on referral marketing.
That experience shaped Valore. Derek saw firsthand how strong brand leadership creates momentum, attracts better clients, and sustains growth. Valore was created to bring that same clarity and direction to other businesses ready to become The Brand in their market.
